Use this when you are traveling, out of office, or do not need meals for the next cycle.
Manage meal plan
Pause, resume, cancel, or change where your meals are staged.
Meal plans affect kitchen prep and local pickup staging, so schedule and location changes are handled before the next preparation cycle whenever possible.
What can be changed
Tell us what needs to happen before the next prep cycle.
Billing actions are tied to Stripe. Fulfillment actions, like pickup location, days, time windows, food preferences, and allergy notes, are tied to the kitchen and local pickup operation.
Self-service management
Open billing management and send food-plan changes.
Enter the email used at checkout. If Stripe has an active customer record, you will be sent to the secure Stripe customer portal for billing actions like pause, cancel, payment method updates, and receipts. Food, schedule, pickup, and allergy changes are sent to operations because they affect kitchen prep and staging.
Restart a paused food plan and confirm the pickup schedule before the kitchen prepares meals.
Request cancellation before the next preparation cutoff so food is not made unnecessarily.
Move pickup to a different store, office, gas station, c-store, or nearby route location.
Adjust selected days, breakfast/lunch/dinner windows, or weekly rhythm.
Update allergies, vegetarian preference, spice level, or ingredients to avoid.
Launch process
Billing uses Stripe. Food fulfillment uses operations review.
Pause, cancel, receipts, and payment-method changes happen through Stripe when checkout is attached. Pickup location, schedule, quantity, food notes, and allergy changes are recorded for operations because they affect prep counts, kitchen routing, and pickup staging.
